I placed my order for a 52 inch Sony Kdl52w4100 through the internet at lcdplasmadeals.com and then the next day got an email back to confirm the order but they wanted me to call and confirm. After the call they made a big deal about shipping insurance. They wanted me to pay $157.00 dollars for insurance or they will sell me a warranty for three years for $299.00 which would cover the insurance for shipping. If I decided to take the three year warranty they would throw in a free HDMI cable for free. Same old story just a different day.
