Then Monday, I received an email saying that my order was on backorder. How could a used drum set be on backorder? I called customer service and they said that it must have been bought in store at the same exact time that I ordered it. I tend to believe that they simply manage their inventory poorly. Anyway, rather than offering an alternative (sending me a new one instead), she said that canceling my order was the only option. Now, I\u0027m headed to musiciansfriend.com to place an order.
