Writing reviews are very important in any business for the buyers and the merchants! I ordered a pair of Arcteryx pants from ZB Sports. I first have to start with the fact that I never recieved them and had to call to find out that they no longer had those in stock and couldn't get them for a few or more months.
I then proceeded to write a negative review at resellerratings about the business, because I think that it's important to let others know about both bad and good experiences.
That being said, I recently got a call from their president/CEO stating that he was sorry about the problem I had- he was super nice and he seemed really sincere and wasn't trying to make excuses- just telling me what happened. He also offered to give me the pants or even a different item for his cost as a way to make up for my bad experience.
Let's face it... we all make mistakes, they are a smaller business, and I give the them big points for being on top of things, reading the reviews, doing what they could to make things right, and trying to make sure their customers are happy. That, to me, is really good business! So here I am revising my review, because after speaking with him, I know now that I can shop easy at zbsports.com and feel confident that I'll get great customer service!
