Does not acknowledge order receipt. Shipped one week after order placed Uses slow USPS eight day shipping.

Fortunately, purchased through Amazon and they will see that I am refunded.

To borrow from Jerry Seinfield, this Seller is very good at taking your money but very bad at delivering your purchase. I placed an order on a Sunday and my credit card was charged that day. I called Monday to follow up and was told it was shipped but the tracking number wasn’t available. I was given the same answer the rest of the week. On Friday, I found and called, emailed, and faxed the distributor. They got back to within an hour and stated the order was not yet shipped but would be later in the day. I now have a tracking number.
Who knows how long I would have waited for my purchase had I not took the matter into my own hands? Seller is no Amazon.

Update in response to Seller's misleading rebuke: I called Seller Monday as Citibank had a concern about a charge and I wanted to make sure Seller in fact was paid. It was Seller who volunteered to me Monday it was SHIPPED and he was just waiting for the tracking number. In truth. it was only SHIPPED Friday after I contacted the SEI, the distributor, in Dallas. “Honestly! This customer ordered a TV stand on the Sunday after Thanksgiving - the busiest shopping weekend of the year. Our website policy, receipt, and order confirmation CLEARLY states "Please allow us 3 business days to process, ship, and send you your tracking information" - and he calls first thing Monday morning to get a tracking number, seriously? Now, normally the 3 days to process and ship would suffice but the BUSIEST weekend of the year I would expect maybe a little good will while we work VERY hard to fill hundreds of orders...

WOW. I am just amazed at this one. I work very hard to give each customer the absolute best service possible and after 12 years online I would say we here at Dynamic Home Decor are doing very well at that.

I bought a case from this Seller that they stated specifically fit my phone. It was too small by a long shot.

Seller refuses to pay return postage even though it was their fault as it was falsely advertised.

I purchased an external hard drive case on 6/15. Shopdango promises next business day shipping. They did not provide shipping information. I called, faxed, emailed, and eBay messaged on 6/18. They do not answer their phones. I got an email that evening stating the package was shipped that evening. I doubt it would have been shipped at all had I not inquired.

I am reordering elsewhere and will refuse there shipment if it in fact comes.

Update 06/28. Shopdango still ignores me but I obtained the product elsewhwere as advertized and on time.

I bought a Cavalry 1TB hard drive that failed after two weeks. Buy.com only allows returns within two weeks of the order date. I had to deal with the manufacturer and pay for the return. I have received two more drives and they are bad.

The drive was also missing a stand and buy.com denied it came with one. The manufacturer says it does.

I wrote a review about my experience at buy.com but they would not publish my negative review. No reason is given, they just don't appear.

Just wanted to buy a 50" HDTV. Prestige is one these outfits that won't process your order until you call them in order to give them an opportunity to sell you more stuff delaying your order until you do so. Ended up the TV I ordered didn't seem to be available anyway. Prestige said they made enough money already and didn't need mine.

The order was cancelled. Surely someone else has use for my $2600 bucks.
