She said the only thing that might have caused it was that it must have gotten bumped when it slipped between the van seats. There was no physical damage. I sent it to Apple and they returned it rather abruptly claiming \u0027accidental damage\u0027 and didn\u0027t even offer to repair it. Apple wanted $257 for accidental damage repair but Repair Labs fixed it for just over $100. Great going Repair Labs!. The tech was even able to keep the original back plate that had the engraving I put on for my daughter. Commication and repair turnaround time was also great. I would definetly recommend Repair Labs to anyone and would do business with them again if need be.
