I placed an order for some hinges. They arrived, no problem. However, I then found the hinges were incorrect when I placed them on one of the cabinets. I called to ask for an RMA. I emailed three times asking for the RMA. Finally I got it, along with a notice of a 20% restocking fee. That's total bullshit, but I'll eat it. So I sent them back. NOW, I'm being told that they aren't even going to credit me for the pair I opened.
This has been the most horrible internet purchasing experience I have ever been forced to endure. Do this company a favor and put them out of business by NOT buying from them. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else for better service.
