“Absolutely TERRIBLE reseller. First of all, this company has false information for one of their products. Go ahead and look for yourself at http://www.marquel.com/store/samsung-d807-pouch.html. Does the picture even look like it matches what they are talking about, such as the "clear vinyl cover front and keypad area" and "detachable swivel belt clip"? Well, those things did not come came on the one I ordered. Anyway, I didn't like the phone case irregardless of the fact that they had false information.
So I return the product, simple procedure. I believe I wrote the RMA number and gave the right address. Hopefully. Well, I mailed out the product on the Friday before labor day, so on September 1 if I believe correctly. Their claim is to give credit within 72 hours after they receive the package. Well, it has been over 336 hours since Tuesday, September 5, 2006, and I have not received a word from them.
Now back to the false information because that story is not finish yet. Of course I should go ahead and send a message to them. No problem. Well, I haven't received a human response to that message since August 31, 2006 when I sent the message. So now, if the USPS mail is lost, thats more understandable, but if you send me an automated response to your message saying you received it and then you have not responded in 23 days - Um, thats crazy. What kind of business is this? If I was to call them and tell them about the package, maybe I will hear that they did not receive it. Okay, that can be understandable. But what about the message I sent to you online that I received an automatic response to. What about that? Why haven't I received some kind of sympathy or human acknowledgment or an apology (so I can write something good in this box rather than something bad like this) in response to my message. As of September 23, 2006 that false information is still there and I told them about it 23 days ago. No change. So they probably have not read it. If they have, why is the wrong information there? Do you see where I am going?
Guys, I really do not recommend this merchant 1%. Sure, they sent the package in a reasonable time, but anyone can do that. It is the service beyond the package that really matters and they have failed miserably. I will be fair and give them a call and ask about my returned package. It the USPS mail lost it, according to them, then I will update this review with that information. However, I am resolved that, If this was the last store online, I would be more willing to go and travel 5000 miles to buy somewhere else. I positively do not want to have another experience with them – good, bad, whatever. They have lost all my support forever. I think my final remedy to my situation, as far as getting my money back, is to call them (if they have a number on the website).”
