They're prices are very low compared to the rest, so naturally I was suspicious of the low price. Reseller Ratings showed that they were a good company so I took a chance. I ordered 2 hard drives that were $15.00 less than the lowest bid. They're shipping was a bit higher than others. But even with that, I still saved at least $25 after shipping.

I left a note that said that I need to get these quickly as I had a vacation coming and I didn't want them left on the door step. I ordered these late Thursday afternoon, and got it the next day. I though it would take a week to do since we are on opposite coast lines. It seems they sent it sent it 2nd day air, doesn't seem they charged extra for it, though I didn't look either. It does show that someone is on the other side actually reading these notes though which is a good thing.

The only bad thing I would have to say, and it wouldn't effect the rating - is the site is a bit hard to use. Many links are broken (at least under memory they were). And other items are listed by who makes them, when often I just want to compare side by side. And showing it by picture would be nice as well. But that can be fixed. I would look here as well in the future, I just wish they had a name that was easier to remember.

I don't know what happened to the rating of this place. When i first ordered 3 years ago this store had a very high rating, which is why I buy from them. They have excellent prices and I've gotten everything I've ordered from them in the past without problems. however that was then this is now. I never had to call their service dept.

I ordered 2 things, I had it ship to a company not my home. The company is closed and would have been in the other delivery attempts. I wanted them to call fedex and do a simple REROUTE of the package. They said that their policy was that they don't do that. And fedex's policy is that the company you ordered from has to do it, I can't (though I some how mangaged to do it anyway).

no where on their site does it say that they don't do reroutes. What is so hard to call them up and say to move the address over? You can't order on the phone, you can't really do anything calling them up - why do they even have a phone number if they won't help you out?

Next time I'll shop elsewhere, the prices may be pretty good, but their quality is really slipping. If you guys don't improve over there, I can see zipzoomfly going out of business.

At first I was hesitant from buying from this store, I ordered a Canon 5d MKII from Provantage on 2-14-09 - It's been back ordered at that store for months. I waited until now (6-11-09) and still don't have it, I missed many events including my vacation. I'm disappointed with Provantage.

However I then found this store, the price was low, lower than many places and there weren't that many ratings on this store. I always come here before buying anything from any store. And while the rating was good, there are only like 9 reviews and 2 of them bad. But I really wanted this camera.

When I went onto there site there was 1 camera in stock. I thought this was a scam and emailed them basic questions like do you have it in stock and how long it would take, etc. They emailed me very fast and told me that they did have one in stock, but now there isn't any as someone bought the last one. I did note that the counter went down to zero a little bit before I sent my email. This showed me that the store was honest and it wasn't some bait and switch place.

To make a short story long, I ordered the camera, and it was lower then other stores; However the shipping is very high for the product. Provantage gave me a price of about $7.00 - This place charged like $33.00 - same camera, about the same distance. Though since the price was lower, with the shipping added it was about the same. And for whatever reason he included a free genuine Canon battery with this so now I have a spare.

So I do recommend this place, but the shipping is way to high, and there isn't a huge selection of items. The search is cool because it has these little pictures that load up as you type. However finding simple things like headphones comes up with every product that can accept headphones making it hard to see if they have something you want. And I couldn't find the batteries there either, even though I know they sell them.

One other thing to note, if you send this to an alternate address, make sure you clear it with your credit card place first. He is the only person to actually call the CC company prior to sending it out. And if you live in the US - he sends it from an American warehouse.
