Placed my software order on a weekend. It was processed and shipped on Monday. Since I'm in Illinois and Atomic Park is in Wisconsin, I received my package on Tuesday. This prompt, accurate service will cause me to shop at Atomic Park again.

I purchased some Compact Flash memory from Crucial back in May of this year. Last week, one of the cards went bad (refuses to be read/formatted by my digital camera or CF card reader). After one e-mail and a quick phone call, I have an RMA number and will be ready to ship the card back to them for an exchange. Based on all the other positive comments here, I'm anticipating a hassle-free exchange.

I'm one of the news posters at 3dchipset.com, the site whose owner helped design the BulletPC site. I ordered one of the modded Sapphire Radeon 9500 cards (which I paid for at full price) when they first came out. I experienced problems with the card in terms of poor performance.

This was corrected with a video BIOS update, but then a new series of problems cropped up where my system would lock up under any kind of stress (Unreal Tournament 2003 and CodeCreatures benchmarking). I arranged an exchange, which was completed before Sapphire pulled the 9500 cards that were built on the 9700 PCB. My replacement card has worked flawlessly since I put it in my machine. Richard at BulletPC was extremely patient and helpful during the exchange, which was completed without a hitch.

To those of you who ranked the store down because you weren't able to get your order filled, that was due to a circumstance that was beyond the store's control. Sapphire pulling those cards was an ATI mandate. I'm sorry you didn't get your orders in on time because you're missing out on a great card, but that's no reason to beat down the store.

Ordered a Pioneer DVD-RW drive for a price that undercut most online retailers by at least $25. My order was processed in less than 24 hours and I received it in 2 days, even though I chose the less expensive 3-day select shipping. I would most definitely shop at MultiWave again.

I've never had an online shopping experience quite like this one. I ordered a tube of Shin Etsu compound from this place because they were the only US-based retailer I could find. I placed my order and received an e-mail two hours later. While normally this would be a point against this reseller, the e-mail was a shipment notification! I've never seen an order processed and shipped so quickly. As an added bonus, even though I selected ground shipping, they sent the compound via Airborne Express overnight. I ordered March 18 and the compound is in my hands today (March 19). If you want to buy some Shin Etsu compound, look no further than TaiSol.

I was in the market for a blue cold cathode light for a system I'm building. Coolerguys had one in stock that was on sale. My order was processed and shipped quickly and I received the light right on schedule. You can't ask for anything more.

Ordered an Abit NF7-S motherboard and an extra Serial ATA adapter (only place I could find on the web that had them in stock) for a solid price. The order was processed and shipped quickly. I got the board set up with no problems and everything is working great. This was a painless transaction.

Heatsink Factory is my first and only source for cooling products. I've ordered from them repeatedly and have never been disappointed with the products or customer service. I constantly tell people to shop at Heatsink Factory if they're looking for cooling products.

My latest order of a Thermalright heatsink and Panaflo fan was processed and shipped within a day, and it was delivered a day ahead of schedule. Online shopping doesn't get much better.

This was the first reseller I could find who had the new Arctic Silver Ceramique thermal compound for sale. I also ordered one of their closeout round IDE cables. My total order, including shipping, was very reasonably priced. I was slightly disappointed that I didn't receive a shipment notification e-mail, however even though I chose ground shipping I still received my order in 2 days. Had it taken longer, I would have rated this company lower. But considering my overall experience I would definitely shop at Case-Mod again.

I replaced my tired old LCD with a Hitachi CM174 from MonitorsDirect and I couldn't be happier. The monitor was a great price, with free shipping and a $0.01 3-year advance replacement warranty. The ordering process was quick and when I had a question about shipment, I had an e-mail answer within an hour! I received the monitor when promised. I would recommend this reseller to anyone who is in the market for a new monitor.

Bought a Lite-On CD-RW drive. The price was in-line with other online retailers, but the free 2nd Day Air shipping sealed my deal with this company. My order was processed and shipped within one business day of my order, and I received the drive on time and in perfect working condition.

As long as Googlegear continues to offer a good selection of products that are reasonably priced and include the free 2nd day shipping, I will definitely shop with them again and tell my friends to do the same.

Ordered some BGA memory heatsinks and thermal adhesive. They were shipped USPS on a Saturday and I had them in my hands on Monday. That's about the fastest turnaround I've ever had from any online reseller. The products arrived in great shape. I would definitely shop here again.

One of the few places where I could find the small, 3.5 gram tube of Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound. The price was reasonable, and shipping costs were right in line with what the USPS charges. The compound shipped the same day I ordered, and I received it in 2 days. Doesn't get any better than that!
