I was unable to pair it with my phones. After contacting CellXpo, I was given the phone number for the help desk. They guided me thru the procedures to reset the unit, to English. I never got that prompt as described in the instructions. It now works. It wasn\u0027t in the original packaging, so I assume someone had acces to it previously; altho it did appear new. CellXpo offered a replacement, if I returned it, but now that is not necessary after contacting the 1-800 #.
