Sears should be ashamed

I used to love Sears for their customer service. But that was a long time ago and things have really changed. I purchased a Kenmore Fridge from them and have had the ice maker parts replaced 4 separate times in the first year. They won't honor the lemon law because the replacements have to happen every month for 3 months. And, of course, the process for replacing a damaged part takes a month - so the timeline is essentially impossible (slick math). I have spent 15 days at home waiting for parts or repair and over 30 hours on the phone. And I still have a broken fridge that with a repair person coming again in 2 weeks.

I purchased a $1K laptop from them. It was poorly constructed; one of the end pieces was attached crooked and you could see the inside of the computer through the gap! Unbelievably shoddy workmanship.
When I contacted customer service, they were quite rude. Apparently, my options are 1) I can return it and 2) I can return it and buy another one (And that will take ANOTHER 3-6 weeks). Wow - thanks for the help! [Don't bother asking for a supervisor, the same lady got back on the phone with me claiming she was a supervisor. I guess they think only idiots would buy their product in the first place.] NEVER AGAIN

Horrible Customer service!

Never mind that each of the 4 replacements has the same problem. Each person you talk to has a different story to tell but none are helpful. Amazon is the BEST STORE EVER!!!
Every time I call customer service, I renew my vow to only buy from them. Last situation - I order from a vendor in the marketplace. I had an issue with the vendor. Amazon gave me my money back!
They truly understand customer service!

Great shirts, great prices, great customer service. I love that I can make any shirt I want. The quality is excellent, and the prices are reasonable for what you get. I rarely have to call, but on the one occasion I did have a delivery issue, they resolved the issue right away.

Horrible customer service. There was a price error, so I get an email the NEXT DAY canceling my order. I did get the "opportunity" to purchase this item at regular price. They didn't read the email I sent and would not help via phone. I don't understand how this company is still in business with customer service like this.
