I ordered the Griffin ipad case as a daily deal. There was little communication, just an email saying it was a receipt. It said to expect the item to ship in 5-7 business days. I got no notice of shipment. It is now a week and two days past 7 business days, so it really should be here by now. They charged my card the day I ordered it. I decided to call customer service but every time I call the number it just disconnects me. Update: I finally got through to customer service and found out they indeed had not shipped it. They were trying to find a source to fulfill the order still and hoped to be able to ship it by April 30th. The great price isn't worth waiting another 2 weeks, if it really even does work out. I cancelled the order. We'll see if they refund the money in 24-48 hours as promised.
