I recently ordered a new camera and memory card from Newegg.ca. The process for placing the order we easy and everything looked good to go. Tracking the processing of my order was also quite easy on-line. After a couple of days, my order was still being processed so I called their 1-800 number. The person on the line was obviously new and I could hear her talking with the person training her. I was put on hold and informed that my order would be processed later that day. The next day I checked and it was still being processed. I went onto their chat help and was connected almost instantly. Maverick was the person who came on-line and within 20 seconds was able to get my order out of processing and I received an e-mail with a tracking number. I still have not received my order, but it has been shipped within the last 24 hours. I'll post if there is anything new to update. At this point, I would definitely use Newegg.ca to order other items. Their chat help was excellent.
