I have bought many time, yet my stuff get delivered so quickly that I just couldn't believe!!! This guys always out done themselves to have your stuff ship it out ASAP. The product they sell works great plus it was unbelivably at bargain prices. I haven't shopped awhile because never need anything since, so maybe will shop again soon.

Most of these satisfied reviews are fakes!!! They sell overpriced product which you can get elsewhere much cheaper and RMA are not a pain in the ass like they do.. FAX a form?! WTF?!
GOD, they are the worse freaking worst scam artist I have ever met! I know if something is defective or not because have been doing this ever since I was 15! now 31 and these freaks tell me that their Defective garbage works fine????
What did they say? Oh, the laughters! while they screw you over with restocking fee 20 percent?plus take all their time in the world to do so, we're not talking about a week, we're talking 5-6 weeks!!!
Now let's have a lie detector test here..
arsenalpc.com = target-usa.com?
Am I right?
For all you newbies who haven't bought from them before, don't!
People put on your thinking cap, if they screwed you with BS like restocking fee, give run arounds like very slow to reply/refund and act busy even when their not. bottom line, this company is just one bad apple even worse then a fart. I have a debit card and I am more then screwed, since whether they give me back refunds or not, I am at a complete loss here :(
They make money whether its junk or rocks out of the boxes, it just so morally wrong! I would be happier giving that money away without dealing with this bs! In other words, its better to forget about asking any refunds, it really isn't worth it! nor is it good for your health as it can really put you on flames realizing there is nothing you can do but rant!

from a very satisfied review hmm.."I ordered a bunch of parts from Target USA and expected to have to build the sysetm myself. When I received the package, I noticed that there was no way all the parts could fit in the box. Thinking to myself I'd have to call, I unboxed everything and discovered that they BUILT the system for me! (for free!) I was very pleased to find out that I didn't have to spend my Saturday afternoon building the system, I could immediately start installing the operating system and applications on it! Thanks very much."
sounds like them doesn't it? funny if they are so good, why doesn't the same apply to me? Is it because this is made up to scam even more unsuspecting buyers who have no experiences with this company whatsoever. Everyone gets screwed at least once before they know they are not what these satisfied reviews claim them to be! Oh well, just want you all to be more suspicious of their wrong doing and this is going too far, upping their rating is very illegal and if I am right, they should get sued really bad! for all the money they have stolen from us!

Althought my items arrived after 3 weeks of constantly emailing where is my package? I have never met anyone who would take all the time in the world to do so... 1-2 days acceptable but no more! They do not sell as advertised either, these vga card from them are very slow and crashes often. Its just junk that I cannot use.. I have to spend more money elsewhere for a complete replacement which would had costed me much less had I not ran into them from pricewatch.com, only 5/10 merchant there that are legit, the rest are just scam artist. pricewatch is great for its cheapness so shopper beware when looking for cheap things to buy, not for quality of product being sold. Restocking fee is very shady, it is to make you pay for their broken product being sold to you while at the same time making some money off it and again is repeated to the next customer until they are filthy rich! This has got to stop now or soon they will find themself in legal trouble.

They not reply to email, i guess they are too busy to do so. Having a bit of trouble with RMA dept... a phone call did the trick, let see how well things go from here. Will keep ya updated...
I don't see why they would charge me 15 percent restocking fee on a defective mobo that would not reboot!! excluding shipping!!! Have I been burned? I swear this is just not right!!
This policy is also outright BS!
Just look..
All products from JustDeals.com come with a 30-day warranty unless advertised differently
Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

No return/exchange/warranty after 30 days. NO Exceptions!
DOA products, Deviations, Short-shipments must be reported within 10 business days from delivered date.

All returns must include a valid RMA# (via e-mail) RMA Department

RMA # only valid within 14 business days from issued date.

Returned packages with an invalid or expired RMA# will be discarded.

Warranty/RMA number will be invalidated and a restocking fee will apply if returned products are not in original packaging with all accessories.

All defectives product will be replaced within warranty period.

All refunds are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Full refund will be issued if replacement is not available.

No UPS pick up service for all return merchandize.

I would been OK if it cost nothing to ship back, but that is not the case here..they just want to keep your money and keep sending the same defective component back to you at their own convenient which takes at least a month not weeks.

It seem one of my ram was a bad stick, ordered 2 PC133 512mb each. OMG! what a ripoff, but here the kicker when sent back they say it was good. How in the world what they mean by that? LMAO. so sad, yet so deceiving of them... just say they can keep and they said ok. What ya know, burning a few or as many they like as a way to profit from the consumer. Pretty cool right?
Not.
I understand they are desperate to make $$$ but plz at least have a working component to satisfy us poor fella who has very low income.

This company is a scam, whatever you do, do not buy from them, they will lock you in with hidden fees and restocking fee on junks that does not work! which mean you lose either way but I have never gotten any refund due to their half ass attitude of "who cares" cause you just lost money from stuff that came right out of the trash can once you order and cannot cancel! If you have been burned, do not let them walk away with it, instead dispute the charges with your cc for a full refund and show them who's boss! the $$$ it cost to ship to you and ship back is ridiculous! plus your time wasted talking to their csr who does not care and will frustrate you to no end..also they speak broken engrish, which could be illegal alien from mexico scamming people to make easy money! people beware and watch your pocket money..the more people bitch about the this, the more are aware and avoid these hell merchant that had made my life so depressing ever since i ran into them on pricewatch.com

modified review posted Jan-19-2004

I buy plenty from them in the past and its mostly low quality, junk stuff.
Avoid them at all cost, these are a bunch of taiwanese selling mostly made in China product.
They can't speak english too well and the engrish grammar is just as bad as those are in India. I know there are a bunch of morons that live locally their that rather spend a little more buying from them for convenient reason, but what so convenient about driving 20-30min to get there???
These people are just idiots. They obviously are computer illiterate and know next to nothing about hardware issue... The reason why ginstar continue to profit! anyway I digress, screw them.
Ever since I buy from the internet, discount reseller right? My life has changed completely which made me realize how bad ginstar really is!
They ginstar only sell what they want to sell to you! not what you want to buy.
They have been in business for a long time since the 90, previous name was computer genius and they have operated under the new name ginstar just recently for the last 4 or 5 years.
This company is a major rip off, if you have money to blow plz blow it somewhere else.
If you think Best Buy is great well, god help ya because you are a fool to keep buying overpriced junk pc component.

I was expecting benq but got an asus 5224p but is not an asus but a generic crw-5224p. Anyway it was not flashable due to
1. the name of the drive in bios memory has been altered but why they claimed it ASUS when it is rebadged generic?
2. it is of unknown chipset, cannot be flashed by any other mean except the technician who modified it.
due to my frustration with this, I am limited to the old version 1.20 of the drive and I am at a loss at what to do with it except to let all know beware of buying cheap stuff from shady merchant like this...

Service is above average but a little overrated. As I don't shop often at newegg because you can't get everything in one place. There are few far between that equal in service and quality...
