Ordered a T-Mobile MDA in November 2006, with rebates to come at 4,5, and 6 months. That would have been March, April, and May. No rebate yet and they are still getting approved. Just like the other reviewer, it now seems like a scam, and I am out the $275 they promised. By the way, I too followed the rebate instructions to a T, and I kept copies of everything to prove it.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason they don't get the lowest rating in all categores is that they did have decent customer service in the beginning.
