Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Primo Camera - and then a customer service rep hung up on me today after waiting more than 20 minutes.
First my $300 order was delayed. When I called to inqure about this I asked for and was told I would receive an email confirmation and tracking information - but never did. Then my order was lost. Again I called and again I asked for and was told I would get an email update within 24 hours when Primo checked with their vendor. Again I never received an email or a call back. When I called back again, they told me that in fact my order had been lost and I would be credited the $300. When the credit didn't show up I called again, and again waited 20 minutes, to hear that my account would be credited 24 to 48 hours. Now nearly a week has passed and again - no emails, no communication and no credit to my account. So again today I called, again waited on hold for 21 minutes, then was told by the rude agent that the credit takes 3 to 5 days. When I politely asked why I was told 24 to 48 hours before he simply hung up.
What an absolutely terrible company to do business with. The most rude and unprofessional customer service agents I've dealt with, delayed product orders, then lost product orders, and now almost a month after my order I still don't have my camera and still don't have my $300 back to go to another store to buy one.
