Superb service!! Have ordered from several times in the past two months and have never had a problem with the parts I've received or them getting from their business to my front door. Always a 3 day delivery either on schedule or a day early. Will ALWAYS order from this business if they have the parts I need. Recommend to everyone!!!

Have ordered from Xoxide before and received wonderful service and parts. Unfortunately, this last order has gone terribly wrong. Ordered parts again on Feb. 5, 2010. Suppose to take maximum of 1-2 weeks USPS or 5-7 days Fedex. Went on vacation in FL, came back and package still was here. Its now been two weeks. Called customer service but couldnt get anyone on phone. Emailed, same thing. Waited a few more days, called CS again and got someone on the line. At this point, they still hadn't shipped it. Didn't have a track no. assigned either. They jumped right on it and said it would take 3 days to arrive through Fedex. It has arrived at the Fedex facility but will be sitting there for 2 more days now. Called Fedex and they cannot release for a pickup either. Will have had the customer waiting on these parts for over 3 weeks. Next time will have to use a different company that ships UPS, who let you pick it up anytime here.

Parts arrived protected nicely with plenty of foam. Parts work great. No problems at all. Will likely use Xoxide again in the future. Hoping this was a rare incident as orders get misplaced sometimes.

Excellent service! Shipped my order out the same day and received it the following day on two day service. Will definitely shop here again. Will recommend to everyone!! Keep up the great work!

Ordered more parts from this company on 2/24/2010. Unfortunately, one of the items was out of stock. Their website still listed it as available so the whole order was held up for a few days longer. Once I called CS, everything was shipped that afternoon and two days later I received everything in perfect shape. The packaging was excellent. Keep up the good work!

EXCELLENT service!!! A++++!! Recommend everyone to buy from this store. My order went smoothly and arrived superquick! Will order from again in the near future.

Just received my second order and everything was as it should be and the shipping was fast. Out to me in under 24hrs. Arrived nicely packed with extra bubble wrap around the sensitive parts for added protection. Awesome company!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! The 9.77 rating is a lie!!! I have order several items from this website. After the alloted time for shipping passed, I contacted them for a status on my order. 4x email, 7x phone calls to all three numbers. No one ever answers or replies. I will not order from this website again and I am starting the legal process to regain my lost money or parts. It will cost me more to take them to court but they will end up paying court costs and my lawyer costs. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Since I have had to report this business to their local police department, I have also reported this out-of-home business to the NFIC, ECommerce, ICCC, IFCC and now the FBI Internet Fraud complaint division. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

After 5 months and numerous spamming emails, I finally got a response. Brendan Yates offered to refund my money and send the parts out but I decided I already paid for them and we are even. To just send the parts only. Received them in great packaging within 3 days of shipping to me.
