After some trials around the web, this is now the only place where I buy contact lenses. Cheapest prices I could find, including shipment.
Packages arrive reasonably fast, as a discreet envelope by mail.
Before the first order I ever made, I sent them an inquiry by e-mail, to which they responded quickly (within 6hrs) and clearly.
Overall, quite pleased with them.

Order went smoothly. They were fast to ship, and the item was received exactly as described in the website.
Had no experience with customer service so far as it was unnecessary.

Incredible store that knows to take responsibility for their shortcomings.
For example: an order I made from them was split to 2 separate parcels, for their own logistic reasons. This eventually caused me to pay customs brokerage fees twice for a single order. While this could have been avoided with a more careful handling of international orders, they did eventually reimburse me for the brokerage of one of the parcels, and I respect them very much for that.
They have also demonstrated exceptional customer care in other cases, which is why I am a fan of this store, and a returning customer.
Aside from their great customer service, the store provides a huge variety of products, all from a single reseller.
