O.K. I buy a lot of audio equipment, and I usually order it through another well-known company. But I COULDN'T EVEN FIND the part in the other vendor's convoluted search system.
With Full Compass, I couldn't have asked for a better search and order experience. The part I needed was a weird tiny replacement part that I knew was only a few dollars, but it came up at the top of the list when I entered a description of what I wanted. In addition they had a much more expensive part that I needed anyway and the price matched the competition, so I went ahead and ordered them both at the same time. This is how full compass wins my continued loyalty, great customer experience and competitive pricing.
Thanks to Full Compass, I was able to save time and money at the same time. I'm grateful.
