To ensure that my gift arrived in time for Christmas, I called the company to ask how soon my product would ship. The lady informed me that if I placed the order before 5 pm, it would ship out that day. I thought that was unusually fast, but I went ahead and selected 2nd day shipping so that my item would arrive on time. The product didn\u0027t ship out until the following afternoon, so with the weekend, I won\u0027t get my package until 4 days later. I called to complain, but the lady (the same one who misinformed me before) just giggled.
