HAve had 2 dead MOBOs, but returning them has been easy. All other parts have worked great, and their customer service is #1

Payed through PayPal, and have not had a confirmation, shipping date, nor will the company ackwnoledge my Email. I had corresponded with someone at the company to get the procedure to pay via paypal, but after that, absolutely nothing from them. It has been 7 days since the order, and I've had to delay returning the computer back to my customer. My customer isn't happy, and neither am I. 24 more hours and I'll start calling it fraud, and trying to get my money back. I'll purchase locally next time, it was only $5 more locally, but they advertised that they "usually" ship 2nd day. Well, it's been 7 and I don't even know if I'm getting the part.
