STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

They charge my account without my knowledge and send me items that i did not order. When I email them to stop doing this, they give me a fictitious story about how my original order that was messed up by them and that they did not get my returns back in order. They conviniently do this 2 months after my original order. NOT NICE AT ALL. I am cancelling my credit card due to these schmuks. STAY AWAY - The advertised low rates are a scam to rip you off later.

OUTPOST.COM/FRY.COM is one of the worst stores to deal with. The low prices are often because of rebates tacked on and they never deliver the rebate money. They make it very convenient for themselves by requiring rebates to be mailed out within 10 days of the purchase and then ship the item on the 6/7 day. So by the time it reaches you its almost impossible to reasonably test it and send the rebate. Even if you do send the rebate out, the rebate company will keep missing your mail and ask to resend it every time you call them till the rebate expires. In my case I had to resend the rebate copies twice and they still claim that they did not receive it. Now the rebate has expired and my claim is no longer valid and they want me to send an email to their customer service to get the details of my rebate. What an utter waste of my time and money. I will never shop with outpost.com/fry's. These guys are a bunch of crooks out to cheat you off your money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! There are better places to donate your money.

These guys dont honor their rebates. Classic bait and switch where they quote a low price after rebates but do not honor them when it comes to paying the rebate. Stay away from these guys and buy standard products from reputed manufacturers.

Buy.com are a bunch of crooks. Please avoid this store if you want to save your hard earned money. They sent me an item which was dead on arrival. I send them an email to customer service about it and send the item back for replacement. So far (Over 3 weeks now)they claim, they have not got the broken peice. And they cannot send a replacement till they get it. My mistake was not sending it with a return reciept and offcourse dealing with these crooks. They dont list their customer service number either. What a sham. Some one should report and lockup these crooks.
