I ordered an Asus z70va laptop from Integrated System Tech December of last year. They answered all questions about the specific model and was even available for contact via Live chat at 10 pm, Try that on for size Dell! And speaking of a comparison with Dell or any other computer for the matter, the Asus unit I bought (pentium m 770, 2gb ram, 100gb hd, plus all the standards of a z70va model) for a little under 2k will run a similarly equipped Dell well over 3 grand. Trust me I checked them all.
As for the delivery process I experienced, even though the holiday season is usually considered the busiest time of the year, ISTNC still had the notebook delivered right on time!
Just recently though, I had experienced some problem with the monitor which had begun producing a fuzzy image. Istnc advised for me to send it in, which I did over spring break and they did something I think hardly any other company would have done and replaced the entire unit and still kept my original hard drive! As this was a custom Built on Asus unit, Istnc diagnosed the problem, and built a whole new unit in under a week!
Needless to say, I've been thoroughly satisfied with Istnc's service. Their quality is top-notch, even with the few bumps along the way I've encountered. And their customer service too is exceptional, its become a rare find nowadays to find a company that has both quality and customer service. Well done Istnc!
