Needed a Garmin GPS with european maps asap for a trip, their website showed the unit was "available and in stock" shipping in a few days. two days after placing the order I received an email indicating the unit was backordered. I went back to their website and it still indicated available and in stock. Obviously the website status means nothing here.

I like a pair of underwear they mfg, but have a hard time finding it in stores, so I thought online was my best bet. Ordered on 2/24, shipped on 2/26. What I received was not what was pictured on the website. The waistband pictured had a same color muted jockey logo. The ones I received had a white contrasting logo shouting JOCKEY! I was not happy, so I emailed customer service explaining the situation. They immediately re-ordered the items for me. I received the same thing as the first order! UGh, I just gave up and kept them, not worth the trouble returning them. As of this writing they still have not replaced the images on the website.

I had read negative things about intimatewholesalers.com when I searched them on google. There were no reviews here on resellerratings. Their website showed the products I wanted and the prices were very attractive, so I decided to take a chance and see. My order was placed on 3/5. On 3/9 I received notification that some items were backordered. I promptly asked that those items be dropped from the order and the other items shipped. The order shipped on 3/12. 7 days to get an order out might be a huge negative to some, but I was OK with it, the items were not critical. I am under the impression that this is a small home business, they do not stock and must recieve shipments from wholesalers to ship to you is my assumption. I had no need to return anything and was generally pleased with the product and prices. Just don't be in a rush for anything....

Had a question before ordering, sent customer service email the 5th got reaponse the same day. ordered the 6th, it was shipped on the 7th and got shipping tracking number in email. 9th I received the package and the order was correct. This is a small business, but efficient and recommended based on my experience with them.

Ordered a part to repair hoover vacuum. Arrived quickly but the part was not exactly the same as the original, the replacement arrived with inferior plastic wheels vs rubber on the original. After further investigation and follow up by the vp of customer service at repair clinic, it appears hoover has decided to furnish only the cheaper replacement part with plastic wheels, no fault of repair clinic. They went out of their way to help with the situation.

Deceptive practices and policies. Ordered 2 kids costumes and when they arrived were 1 size too small. Then went online to attempt to return and thier return policy states "We are unable to accept returns on orders placed between October 15th
and November 15. We apologize for any inconvenience." This policy was of course not stated or apparent when we were ordering items (probably intentionally) Avoid this retailer, I know I will in the future never go back.

I ordered a handle and bulb for our sears (whirlpool mfg) dryer. The shipping was fast, got parts the very next day. All of the parts were fps or fsp, not sure who that is, but they fit and function fine.

Ordered a set of speakers that showed IN STOCK on their website on 10/25/2009. The speakers were also shown as a "best seller" on their website. Waited patiently until on 12/8/2009 I got an order cancelled e-mail, no explanation, nothing after waiting for over a month!

I have used Letstalk.com twice over the last 6 years and both times had no issues. In both cases I was transferring my cell phone number from one carrier to another with two year contract and a phone purchase. In both cases my phone arrived in less than a week (slow shipping was my choice to save $$). The phone arrived and had to be activated and within 15minutes everything worked. Prices were better than local stores and convenience brings me back every time.

this was my second order from WAMHOMECENTER.com, they had the lowest price and shipped 3 days after placing the order, I am very happy with them. The first order actually arrived damaged due to poor packing and after sending them pictures, they sent replacements without delay. Problem resolution like that are what set apart good vendors from wannabes.

Ordered a full set (4) bilstein shocks on 4/13/2009.
My credit card was immediately charged. 10 Days later no shocks I called and was told the mfg was backlogged due to a promotional sale. A week later I checked again, the tracking number on my order showed the shipment had been delivered....to NJ...I live in CA! Called shockwarehouse and the person answering the phone did not know what to do, had to talk to his supervisor who was not in that day. Long story many calls to company, I eventually got all 4 shocks albeit over 30 days later. They did have the best price, but not a good experience for me.

I have been using tire rack exclusively for years for 3 different cars, good information on their site and helpful reviews. Quick shipping and order processing usually gets me tires within days. Good tire selections.

With no reviews here on resellerratings, I took a chance and ordered from pistolworks.com some pool cleaner replacement parts. They drop shipped from a nearby distributor and I had them in hand in a couple of days, good prices too!

Not only did they have the lowest price on the item I ordered (ups) they also had the lowest shipping. So you can imagine my surprise when a private delivery service showed up the day after I ordered with item! I was counting on about a week to get the item, but they shipped from a distributor close by and delivered ASAP. Next day air would not have gotten here this quickly.
thanks nerds, btw 3rd order from them all with no problems to report.
