The parts (oil filters) I ordered were shipped very quickly, and arrived with no issues. Very reasonable prices too.

Great company! Very reasonable prices and decent (although not all-inclusive) selection. They ship quickly and their customer service is helpful. (I had an issue with my order which was my fault, and they were able to solve it for me.) I knew ahead of time that some of the items were on backorder (per their item ordering page). They have been shipping them on the dates promised, and did not charge extra to ship items as they came in.

Directron has friendly customer service and quick shipping, as well as low prices. They do a good job of packaging and shipping the item quickly. However, I was dissapointed that they wouldn't ship my 2 items together to save shipping costs.

After trying to buy my camera (Panasonic DMC-TZ3A) from two scam websites, it was quite refreshing to deal with Vanns. They had an excellent price and excellent customer service. They shipped the camera quickly, and for the price advertised. After trying to get this camera for > 2 months, it’s great to find a legitimate website that does what they promise!

They are a bait-and-switch operation. I placed my order for a camera, and was told I had to contact customer service to "process" my order. They tried to sell me everything under the sun, and I said no. They finally told me that I had purchased a non-U.S. camera, and that all on-screen instructions were in Japanese. They wanted me to pay much more for a "U.S." version, so I cancelled my order. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they did not fraudulently charge my credit card, as I feared they might.

I had a great experience with 3B Tech. I placed my order Saturday night, and had my monitor by Tuesday! I was shocked to see the package on my doorstep so soon, since I had used their "free-shipping" option. It was well-packaged, and exactly as described.

Update: I bought another item from them on 12/08/08, and again had a good experience.

Update: I bought a item from them in 12/10, and they were exteremly helpful. There was an issue with the item, and 3bTech went out of their way to fix the problem and leave me 100% satisfied!
