Pray you don't have to deal with their customer service. It is extremely slow and will take forever to get anything done with them. I've been waiting for an RMA number for 5 days now with no end in sight. Their automatic e-mail response says that "In most cases we will reply to your email within ten hours of receiving it." This is BS, I'm lucky to get a response within 24 hours and it seems they do NO investigation into the order before responding making any communications with them take longer than necessary.
Ordered a bundled package from them, Xbox 360 HD-DVD drive and Heroes Season 1 on HD-DVD. Was shipped the regular DVD version of Heroes instead of the HD-DVD version. Since the purchase was a bundle I was unable to use their online RMA process and instead had to use their customer service contact form.
Oct. 31st - Order placed
Nov. 1st - Order shipped
Nov. 10th - Order received
Nov. 10th 11:30pm - Fill out customer service request form asking to swap the DVD version for the HD-DVD version I had ordered.
Nov. 12th 8:45pm - Received canned response saying to use the online RMA form to start the process.
Nov. 12th 9:10pm - Respond back via the online customer service forum saying the canned response was unhelpful and that I needed them to setup the RMA for me since it was a bundle purchase.
Nov. 14th 11:00am - Receive response back asking if everything is in the original packaging.
Nov. 14th 11:30am - Respond back stating that the product was still wrapped and new.
Nov. 15th 7:30pm - Finally received a RMA # and UPS label to send the product back.
Nov. 15th 10:00pm - Package placed in UPS drop box.
Nov. 19th 11:15am - Package delivered.
Dec. 4th 1:10pm - Still no word on my RMA. E-mail sent to customer service to check on the status.
Dec. 5th 8:30am - Received response from Cust. Service saying they received my return on Nov. 28th and to give them 5-7 business days to process the return.
Dec. 12th 6:00pm - Another e-mail sent asking for a status update. It's now been 11 business days since they claim to have received my package. It's been 24 days since UPS actually delivered it.
Dec. 13th 2:19pm - Received response that their warehouse staff is running behind and my RMA will be processed in the order it was received.
Dec. 26th 8:17pm - Sent another e-mail asking for the status. It has now been almost two months since my initial order and I still don't have the product I actually ordered.
