This is a nice site catering to runners. They carry a good selection of hard to find products. Their prices and shipping rates are good. If you are in the area they can usually arrange local pickup for free.

Ordered a TV from their Black Friday special. The shipping was a little expensive but it was still a great deal. Overall the process was fine. The delivery guys arrived on time and stuck around while I verified it was the correct TV and that it worked fine.

My order took 3 business days to ship but it arrived quickly once it shipped. I prefer to order online since I can find my size more easily and can return items in-store if necessary. So far each of my orders has been fine.

Crucial isn't my first choice for memory but it is cheap and has always been reliable for standard use. I placed an order for some obscure memory over the weekend and they had it shipped out first thing Monday morning. The price was good and 2 day shipping was inexpensive.

I've placed a few orders through MWave now and have had a good experience each time. Their prices are low and the shipping is reasonable. I do wish there were more shipping options though. I haven't had to deal with their customer service and hopefully I won't have to in the future.

Another great Amazon.com purchase experience. These guys know how to do online shopping right. Good price, quick shipping (even using the free shipping option).

Ordered a shirt, used free shipping. Shipping is super slow but it's free and they admit that their free shipping will be the slowest thing you've ever seen so got what I expected. Happy overall.

Pray you don't have to deal with their customer service. It is extremely slow and will take forever to get anything done with them. I've been waiting for an RMA number for 5 days now with no end in sight. Their automatic e-mail response says that "In most cases we will reply to your email within ten hours of receiving it." This is BS, I'm lucky to get a response within 24 hours and it seems they do NO investigation into the order before responding making any communications with them take longer than necessary.


Ordered a bundled package from them, Xbox 360 HD-DVD drive and Heroes Season 1 on HD-DVD. Was shipped the regular DVD version of Heroes instead of the HD-DVD version. Since the purchase was a bundle I was unable to use their online RMA process and instead had to use their customer service contact form.

Oct. 31st - Order placed

Nov. 1st - Order shipped

Nov. 10th - Order received

Nov. 10th 11:30pm - Fill out customer service request form asking to swap the DVD version for the HD-DVD version I had ordered.

Nov. 12th 8:45pm - Received canned response saying to use the online RMA form to start the process.

Nov. 12th 9:10pm - Respond back via the online customer service forum saying the canned response was unhelpful and that I needed them to setup the RMA for me since it was a bundle purchase.

Nov. 14th 11:00am - Receive response back asking if everything is in the original packaging.

Nov. 14th 11:30am - Respond back stating that the product was still wrapped and new.

Nov. 15th 7:30pm - Finally received a RMA # and UPS label to send the product back.

Nov. 15th 10:00pm - Package placed in UPS drop box.

Nov. 19th 11:15am - Package delivered.

Dec. 4th 1:10pm - Still no word on my RMA. E-mail sent to customer service to check on the status.

Dec. 5th 8:30am - Received response from Cust. Service saying they received my return on Nov. 28th and to give them 5-7 business days to process the return.

Dec. 12th 6:00pm - Another e-mail sent asking for a status update. It's now been 11 business days since they claim to have received my package. It's been 24 days since UPS actually delivered it.

Dec. 13th 2:19pm - Received response that their warehouse staff is running behind and my RMA will be processed in the order it was received.

Dec. 26th 8:17pm - Sent another e-mail asking for the status. It has now been almost two months since my initial order and I still don't have the product I actually ordered.

WOW!

I placed an order for new rotors and pads for my vehicle around 3pm on a Tuesday. The guys at Tirerack had my order on a UPS truck that night, that truck must have driven 1,200 miles straight to my house because I was putting the new rotors and pads on my car by 11am the next day. I don't know how or why it got to me so quickly, I paid for standard ground shipping (3-5 days) but I'm not going to complain.

Their prices were good and the shipping/handling charges were reasonable.

Etronics.com had the lowest price I'd ever seen on the Tivoli Model 1 radios, $89.99. I placed an order for on on Thursday the 29th. For the next 5 days their website said my order was "processing", I received an e-mail on Monday the 3rd stating that there was a delay with my order but "Order status can change quickly, and it is possible that your order may even ship between the time we send this message and the time that you read it."

I e-mailed their customer service to determine what the hold up was. They informed me that the product was on back order. I was upset by this since their website had listed this radio (and others which were now out of stock) as in stock.

I decided to give them a little time to get the product in stock. Three weeks later on the 27th I cancelled the order as customer service still had no timeline of when the product would be back in stock. I've checked back on their site a couple times since then (even just now) and the Model one is no longer listed on their site.

They did not charge my credit card at all during this time and instantly cancelled my order with no fuss. I might try purchasing from them again in the future but I worry about the accuracy of their inventory system and their inability to let a customer know that they are discontinuing and proactively cancel their order.

Purchased a DVD boxset from Deep Discount during one of their 20% off sales. The boxset was listed as out of stock when I ordered. They had the product back in stock and shipped it out to me in 5 days. I used their free shipping so it took a little longer to arrive but I was in no rush. All in all it was a good experience, fantastic price ($187 on Amazon, $157/shipped from Deep Discount), quick product restock and ship and good e-mail communication.
