I bought a tablet through QVC and my son broke the screen. I filed a claim on my warranty on 2/14/12 and the claim was processed immediately and paid out (at total cost of tablet) to my account on 2/20/12. Customer service was very nice and prompt. The claims process was very easy to complete and hassel free. Purchased a new tablet and definately puchased the Square Trade Warranty again! :)
