I guess the rest of the charge was for the little sticker on the box that directed me to a site on the web that offers FREE download software. You people got me good this time, but I will guarantee you it will not happen again. As you can see from the previous communication, I stated that I already had one cable, and was under the impression that your product was something special. Oh wrong was me. What a crummy way to do business. Another case of let the buyer beware, because the seller is out to get all he can fair or foul. As with all my internet purchases, I expected a confirmation and order number forthwith. Well here it is Monday the 22nd and still no notification. The only thing I received was a confirmation that I was signed up for was something that I did not want which was enrollment in TechOnCall 24-7. This is a shoddy way to do business, requiring a purchaser to enroll in something not wanted. <br><br>I called their 866-463-1999 number this morning and only got voice mail. I left a detailed message as to my concerns. I then used their info@suartsubs.com and got a non delivery return as there was no such address. <br><br>I tried the 866 number again and a real person answered. I explained my problem. Upon her checking the order had been placed, but \u201cdue to the Christmas rush\u201d It had not been processed or shipped. “We are very sorry for the error. We did have a mistake with the picture of this item. We shipped over 100,000 orders in 2009 and this is the first one we hade wrong out of 40,000 products. We do make up for our mistakes by offering free pickup, complete refunds or giving you the item in the picture at our cost and shipping it to you for free. Please just email us again and we will get this taken care of for you. Sorry again for the problem.”
