BUYER BEWARE! This site is actually set up pretty good. I have read the reviews from numerous sites on the web, and figured it was 50/50, so gave them a go. I placed my order. The next day I got a call telling me one of the items I ordered was not in stock in a specific color, but the site stated it was. That was not really a big deal, so I changed it and received them in a timely manner. The problem is that it is NOT an authentic Joye 510 product. They plainly state on the website that it is AUTHENTIC. This is false advertisement. Everything on the site seems legit except the authentic claims. I can only speak for the atomizers. These atomizers have ruined 2 of my batteries in less than a month already (thats 50.00usd of product). I had no other issues with this site except for that. Your decision to buy from them or not. I looked at other products pictures on their site and they show the joye stamp but they ARE NOT AUTHENTIC!!! The build quality is obvious once you get the product in hand. Cheap compared to the real authentic. I compared the ones I received to the ones I currently have that are authentic, and they ARE DIFFERENT!!!! Buyer Beware!!!

Ordered some capacitors. Had everything I was looking for. Had great prices and excellent selection of numerous brands and hard to find items. Super fast shipping even ordering UPS ground. Got proper order in great packaging in less than a week. Very highly suggested site.

First off, I have scoured the net for a generator(generac rv quietpack 3600-4000 kw). Norwall was the cheapest(1500.00), plus free shipping, oil&air filter, tailpipe, remote start wire 30ft long all included in this price. Also, free shipping. Everyone else was trying to charge from 80.00-125.00 for shipping. Also, cheapest I could find this generator elsewhere was 1769.00. Not only was Norwall.com the cheapest, when I called to verify price, included accessories, free shipping, I actually got a human on the phone. On top of that, they were able to actually answer a few technical questions I had, without being transferred. It's nice to find a business who can actually answer your questions without having to be transferred to 10 other departments, and having to hold for 20 minutes. To finish things off, I recieved my generator in less than a week. I couldn't believe how fast the free shipping was. I highly recommend Norwall.com at this time, as my first experience with them was very pleasant and fulfilling.

Haven't had to use customer service yet, but their selection is huge. Most of the time they have what they list in stock. Only problem I have ever had is the slow shipping. I opt for the less expensive shipping, but it is extremely slow. My last order was Dec. 28. Here it is Jan. 5th, and still have not recieved my order, even though it shows it arrived at the terminal yesterday morning(Jan 4 about 630 am cst). Other than that, good place to buy from. Would definitely recommend.

I have just discovered this store. I must say, there site is fairly easy to navigate, except for trying to see what is in your cart. They have a wide selection of camera equipment, and are very competitive priced(compared to B&H Photo, another reputable site). Ordering is easy and even offers you the luxury of paying with Paypal if you have a Paypal account. I immediately received a response from Paypal and Galloway, which comes through Quantum Leap, with confirmation of order, and within hours, a tracking number, estimated date of shipping and arrival, and a direct link to shipper. My purchase was shipped out the next day, and arrived as scheduled(regular shipping took about 3 business days(fassssttttt). The product arrived as expected, except for packing, which was done so well, I probably could have played baseball with the package and caused no damage to the lens. In other words, packing was awesome. Package was exactly what I ordered, in new condition, which is what I bought, and lens worked great right out of box. This will probably be one of the good ones, so I hope this helps anyone looking to use them. Haven't had to use customer service, so no info on that side.
The only downside to this store, is there is a 15% restocking fee if you send it back, unless it comes damaged, which I highly doubt based on the packing of the product.

Order from this site regularly. Usually get everything in. Sometimes, when I order multiple products, something is missing(this has happened twice in about 15 orders ranging from 8-20 items), and I call and the issue is resolved promptly everytime. They either send me what I say is missing, or will refund me if not available anymore.

I have purchased a few things from this store lately. Being it is close to Christmas, I have recieved suprising fast deliveries, and have recieved the correct products I have ordered every time. I will continue to do business with tigerdirect until something comes up, which I will post.

I have ordered from this site for my son 5 times. Every time I have ordered, I have recieved what I ordered, at the price it was ordered, and delivered within the timeframe quoted. I have had to call them once when I messed up on an order, and they were very helpful, and corrected my problem quickly. No long waits on hold. Shipment was recieved correct. Will highly recommend ordering from here. This is a skateboarding mechandise website.

Great place to buy from. Ordered online, got product within time frame specified(alittle quicker actually). Product was exactly what was described. Came with no damage, no shortages. Highly recommend and will purchase from here again.

Ordering a phone online was no problem. The problem started when I had a phone problem 2 weeks after recieving it. I was on the phone for over 2 hours to have them tell me to contact the insurance company(I purchased all of the insurances I could get for it), and they will send a refurb. I refused to accept a refurb 2 weeks after I started this service, and paid over 100 dollars for this brand new piece of crap. I had to do this 2 more times within the next 2 months, because I got 2 more shitty phones that couldn't last(military spec phones according to them I560 Motorola). I finally got someone to issue me a 380 dollar credit so I could purchase a different model phone(after being oin the phone for 3 hours at home, and over an hour at the Nextel store). I would not recommend this company to anyone. The 2 way radio isn't worth the hassle to get their service, especially when it doesn't work half the time anyway, in the middle of a major city. I think one of the workers over screwed up by telling me the reason the phone service is so bad, is because after Hurricane Katrina, so many people joined nextel, that they did not have enough towers to support everyone. This is quote from the nextel service rep. Run, as fast as you can somewhere else. I am going with Verizon after my contract is up. Everyone I know that has Verizon has told me they have almost no problems, and the cust. service is great. Also, I have fine toothed the Nextel contract, and there is no opt out of it if they cannot provide satisfactory service that you are paying for. Had a lawyer friend look into it, and Nextel pretty much screws you with their contract wording. I also purchased this same phone for my son at the same time, and have had the exact same problems with his phone. Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!
