Terrible company. Have my order since 09/22/09 were item available, their site shows three days later, back order and nothing new from them.

Called twice a week to find out when it's shipping, so far been told at the end of the week for the last three weeks, one rep. told me next month! They never reply to emails. I'm stuck with them, can't even cancel the order. Beware buyers, buy it at your own risk.

Very slow shipping process online. Items not available at local stores. They need to improve their shipping process, called today and still not shipped after two days of order. Possibly by next week. What a waste of time, cancellation of the order rejected.

Excellent company, I got a good deal in Sony Batteries, AA, AAA ... They shipped me the partial parts and full filled the rest three weeks later with no extra charge for shipping. Very few companies have ethics in sales practice. Very recommended.

Very terrible, Dell is going down as bad as their customer service is. No wonder people are running away from them. Customer service can't cancel an order 2 hours after the order been made. Reason it's in production and can't be canceled. The shipping is next week? Why you can't cancel, and prefer to charge your loyal customers 15% restocking fee. This is the last time I will buy again from this company. Dell is getting the worst rating ever.

A mistake in order the customer service can not cancel order even though the order was not filled or shipped and made in the last 5 min. with wrong items ordered. Sounded like an order can not be CANCELLED after taken and you have to deal with the return policy. Very retarded for an online purchase. Never heard about such policy.

Very slow shipping, don't even bother and waste your time. The 800 number phone never got a reply.
