I placed two separate orders for diningroom chairs and kitchen chairs. While placing my orders, all questions were answered promptly. I had a couple of questions that needed some research and after accomplishing their research, they got back to me immediately. They also made some excellent suggestions and those suggestions helped me out so much. I felt like I knew these people personally and it was like talking to a long time friend. Unfortunately upon receipt of the chairs, one of them was damaged. I called Totally furniture and the issue was resolved within an hour. They contacted the company and a replacement was ordered. I will definately use Totally furniture again. The customer service is the best!!! Normally I like to see furniture before ordering it but working with Totally Furniture was such a great experience that I am now "hooked" on working with them.

Usually I don't give a rating of 5 unless it is perfect and this experience was.
