I brought in my laptop to have teh motherboard Dell computer supplied installed. I paid for and pick up my laptop 24 hours later. It did not work. I brought it back, I was not upset at the time, I was told it would be fixed the next day. I left work early to get there in time, they have no phone that you can call. I showed up, but the employee that works on laptops did not show up for work that day. Now I was upset. They could have called me to inform me the work was not complete. I took my laptop and had it serviced by another person who was able to complet the job in 30 minutes. Krex never even did the basics (tag the job, per dell).
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
