I placed an order for 3 wireless access points (item # 5582871) that were (and remain) listed as in stock and ready to ship “today”; however, after placing the order, the order history indicates that they are backordered. Again on the web-site, they are still listed as in stock. The customer service department has not returned any of my repeated emails concerning the order!

I was able to contact customer service two days after placing my order. They were VERY helpful. They ended up finding the APs and overnighting them to me at their expense (at a cost of $45.00)! I will say great customer service by phone; however email is slow.

I will order from them again.

Ordered an ereader for GBA on 12/9. On 12/12, received notification along with a tracking number that it shipped on the 11th. On the 17th, no tracking information was available; therefore, emailed company. Company responded back on the 19th with the standard – I will check with my supplier. Called late on the 19th. Response was that it was the “supplier” fault. Shipment was placed on the loading dock but was never picked up by USPS. Therefore, the supplier opened the wrapped package and placed the unit back into inventory (do I believe this?), but they did not forget to charge my credit card for an ITEM that was NEVER SHIPPED! Customer service was not cooperative at all. They refused to find a replacement unit (stated: unit is currently back-ordered until after the first of the year, we will be happy to send it then, weeks after Christmas).

I will not order from them again!

Orders from the main website are delivered on time; however, their marketplace support are bad. They say an item is shipped, but documentation shows that shipping did not occur until a week later. Customer Service is non responsive!!!

Does not ship on time, and then lies!!!!!! Received email stating that it was shipped on 1/6, but tracking number showed item was not shipped on 1/13!!!!! When caught continued with lie!!!
