Ordered an ereader for GBA on 12/9. On 12/12, received notification along with a tracking number that it shipped on the 11th. On the 17th, no tracking information was available; therefore, emailed company. Company responded back on the 19th with the standard – I will check with my supplier. Called late on the 19th. Response was that it was the “supplier” fault. Shipment was placed on the loading dock but was never picked up by USPS. Therefore, the supplier opened the wrapped package and placed the unit back into inventory (do I believe this?), but they did not forget to charge my credit card for an ITEM that was NEVER SHIPPED! Customer service was not cooperative at all. They refused to find a replacement unit (stated: unit is currently back-ordered until after the first of the year, we will be happy to send it then, weeks after Christmas).
I will not order from them again!
