I am extremely disappointed with the way Onlinecarstereo.com handled the return of my brand new unit sold to me by OnlineCarStereo.Com which was defective. I've shipped back and returned the unit last June 2, 2011. Instead of replacing the brand new defective unit immediately, your company repairs the defective unit and make your customers wait many many weeks.
This is the first time I've experienced buying a new defective unit and not replaced with a new working unit, very bad business practice,
Today which makes it exactly 26 days since I shipped the unit to OnLineCarStere.Com. Customer Service said the status is still unknown. I would recommend not to do business with this company.
