Ordered a phone and received a tracking # via email that day. Contacted GSM Intl. 2 days later when UPS tracking info showed that phone never shipped. Called and was told to contact shipping after weekend. Did so and was told that the color ordered was not in stock. Agreed to another color and was told that phone was to be shipped next day service on same tracking #. Checking tracking today delivery is scheduled in 7 days, long after I've left on a trip. Although they are polite, dealing with the folks there is like talking to a wall: it's their way or the highway. I chose the latter and cancelled the order. Will be seeking a credit from PayPal whilst the package sits at the front door. Explained to the last fellow that my UPS driver will just leave it, even though requiring a signature. Suggested that he issue a "will call" so that it gets returned. Hung-up on him when I tired arguing. As stated, it's like talking to a wall!
