Do not order from these guys! I took a chance with them since all I cared about is price not service, they fail on both! I placed my order Monday 16 Oct, assuming retail, since the website didn't say otherwise. They call and say I can upgrade from OEM to Retail and that they would expedite shipping and assure I have the latest version of the motherboard (meaning they would flash the bios, like I can't do that). So I said what the hec and went for the upsale, it was ony $16. I called 19 Oct to get a tracking number, only to find out they hadn't shipped yet. The guy said he would check and I hung up. 15 minutes later I get an email saying the item will arrive 27 Oct, now that's not 3-5 day UPS is it? Very dishonest! I canceled and purchased from Newegg.

I finally got this issue cleared up with PC-Ontime, 14FEB07! I had to get my credit card company involved to have my account credited. I called PC-Ontime repeatedly to have them credit my card when I returned the product I ordered. Luckily I shipped UPS w/a tracking number and delivery confirmation, and kept the information. I also called the 954-237-6602 number on the website. When I asked for customer service I was told it was residential number. A couple of days later I called back to place an order and they started accepting my info, I then asked for customer service and was hung up on. Sometimes I call and they pretend not to speak english!
Please do not order from this site, learn from me. Just go to Newegg or someplace else. The extra money is worth it.
