I have ordered twice from this store so far. They are knowledgable and friendly whenever I call. They have a great selection of hard to find products, and they say they are expanding. My orders always ship on the same day.

I ordered a Silverprop GPU water block(only place to get one in the country) the first time and a bunch of fans the second time.

Their customer service is second to none. They let you return parts with no restock fee in first 7 days. Very handy when you are not sure if a part will fit in a tight case, or if your ears will be able to stand the noise of a loud fan.

Will definitly shop here again, especially once their stock is expanded.

I have been ordering computer parts from newegg for years. Everytime the order arrives quicker than originally estimated and the parts are correct.The only time I wasn't happy was when I couldnt return some OEM software, but that was my own fault for not reading the policies and I understand why it has to work this way. Great company.
