I rented a book from them because it was cheaper then renting it somewhere else. the first problem i had was that they said it would be in a book form, which it was not it was in a binder book form. the second problem i had was that when i returned the book fedex said it was delivered, but in my account with them it said i was still renting the book, so i contacted them and the live chat there i found out that things were missing from the book and they wouldnt take it as a return. on top of that the live chat person only told me that and then ended the conversation. so i eamiled them its been over 4 days since ive emailed them and i still dont have a response. so now im about to get charged 90$ bucks for a used binder book that i could have just bought at my own school bookstore for 100$. I will never use them again, theyre the worst. i would not recommend them to anyone, if i could give 0 stars i would.
