I am HUGELY UNHAPPY with the dealings of this company. The fan I ordered was supposed to be delivered within 1-2 weeks. There was no indication at the time that the item was on backorder. I tried to reach customer service 4 weeks after placing the order. They never answered order status requests sent by email. A request submitted through the website was returned undeliverable. Customer service difficult to reach by phone; you have to hold the line forever. The first time I reached customer service, they told me it would be another 7 days to get the fan. After another week passed without results, then they said it would be another 10 days and offered an immediate 5% rebate for the wait. The rebate was never posted to my credit card. More than 5 weeks after the original order date, they finally agreed to cancel the order only to change their mind 24 hours later wanting a 25% restocking fee! This case still not resolved. It will have to go to the lawyers.
This company operates in bad faith. My experience with customer service is just a series of lies and stalling tactics.
I STRONGLY recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
