Amazon is NOT a quality shipping company.
I enjoy acceptable service from amazon and their 3rd party vendors (when I buy CD's) often the jewel cases get cracked; but I tried to buy computer parts this time because they were several dollars cheaper than Newegg and usually ship amazon fast. I selected the items I wanted and amazon told me in the cart that one item would be shipped separately so I deleted it and found a different one so that all would come from Amazon itself and not any vendor or outside warehouses -- the cart said all would ship together. Well they didn't. They sent three packages by 2 different shipping companies and one is still not here. Newegg would have had all the stuff delivered by the 3rd or forth day even if it came from different distribution locations. The box that this computer Case came in was not packed securely by the "Amazon box stuffers" and it arrived damaged. I guess that amazon will just have to phase out all the physical products and fulfillment crap and just stick to the cloud and electronic delivery of music and books. Amazon is NOT a quality shipping company.

I was very pleased (and somewhat relieved) at a very successful transaction with this vendor. I risked an unknown (to me) reseller because of the hard-to-find item and GREAT price. I have had problems with Yahoo Stores before. I noticed that HomeAvCables.com and customcableconnection.com have the same stock, prices, phone and address. I checked both here and found nothing, neither had a whisper of complaints on google, ...so I tried them. Great news, they did everything right. Quick order confirmation, shipping notification and tracking, fast delivery, and well packaged FRESH merchandise.

I was very pleased with the transaction, ease of use of the website and the availability of a hard-to-find item. The item (matrox triplehead2go) took forever to get here as the cyberguys have no central warehouse/shipping location and it had to cross the entire country (on ground -- my choice) but it arived right on time with excellent tracking etc. Highly recommended!

I checked reseller ratings first, I always do when trying a new vendor; it has saved me major mistakes in the past. This vendor has a lame site, it looks like one of those drop shipping sites where nothing is actually in stock but sent from manufacturers and 3rd parties. There were a number of complaints here about that same activity, but the price was soooo low, so I made the purchase. Days later I called to find out why they had not charged my card or issued a shipping confirmation and was told that the item had shipped from a remote wharehouse but the invoice had not arrived at headquarters to charge me or send the shipping notice. Well, we all know that no one ships without getting paid, and shipping notices don't work like that either. 5 days later I get charged and a shipping notice is sent, several days later the item arrives and it is factory fresh and perfect. All I wanted. I didn't need the floor show / song and dance. Just be honest --- fool.

I love reseller ratings. I checked here first as two sites had exactly what I wanted! The reviews of the other vendor were sooo venemous while bestbyte was quite acceptable so I ordered here and got ups tracking numbers the same day. The stuff came from Texas (I live in New Orleans) so it came by ground in 1 day. I will order from Bestbyte again!

This is my second order, no complaints so far. Filled my order very fast, and communicated (tracking numbers.) Items are new and competitively priced. Selection is large and interesting. Website is easy to navigate. I am real tired of yahoo stores -- yahoo needs to update their backend technology so that we can check our orders without logging on to yahoo.

What a fun place to shop. I have 9400 geek points (that's enough for a free laser!) The ordering process is easy, great pictures on the website so that you know exactly what you are ordering, and the packaging/shipping is acceptable.

I found the eagle thru pricewatch and checked here first as the website is more than a little bit lame. They delivered the lowest price and acceptable shipping. I was relieved. I will consider using them again.

Very good communication during the ordering/delivery process. Awsome variety of products, and the best closeup pictures, so that I can make informed decisions about products that I have never tried before. I always check frozen cpu before making a purchase.
