Our Free Shipping policy requires that a customer allow 7-10 business days for delivery, which is common practice among other online retailers. The customer received his order within the 7-10 business days. Of course, sometimes our customers receive orders much sooner or we make attempts to speed up delivery if a customer informs at the time the order is placed.”
