False advertising regarding stock. Postage reimbursement still pending.

I ordered 1gb samsung sodimm ram for my dell laptop. I was shipped a cheap generic ram instead. They apologized and I had to ship it back at a cost of $7.50 to me. They reshipped and again did not send Samsung but a substitute that they decided was appropriate. No email or prior permission was sought on their part.

I still have not been reimbursed the postage for their mistakes. I have given up on getting Samsung memory from them.

Their website still advertises Samsung and indicates it is in stock.
Take the time to read other dissatisfied reviews from the past and you will see that this company has a history of doing this. Even their own rma invoice stated "samsung only" and still someone made their own substitution.

IF you get what you order, consider yourself very fortunate. I was given a toll free number-866-621-2223. Still no help. They insist on email communication regarding rma's. If you feel lucky, then roll the dice.

Postage was fully refunded.
