These are scam artist. I ordered a stick of RAM.
When I tested with Memtest86, it failed. I've never seen PC memory this bad. I contacted the store, they told me it was tested and sent to me in working condition. When they got it back, they
wrote me again saying it was received in working condition. These are not honest people, stay far far away. I ordered off Amazon's featured merchants. Buyer beware! They send you junk, when you find out and send it back for refund, they show you their store policy and charge you for that junk, that's how they make money.

Bought a Maxtor hard drive June 2006, it crashed
in Feb. 2007. Send back to warranty, it took 2 days for them to get my drive, however the replacement drive is still not here after 5 weeks
and numerous phone calls and emails. Bad hardware, not reliable if you care about your data, worse service, Seagate website says 3-5 days to get a replacement drive, I am out of a computer 5 weeks and counting.

I bought a Sony digital camera from Sony website.
I paid the highest retail expecting good service.
The purchase came with a $55 rebate, after sending
in the rebate forms, I never heard from them.
I contacted them 3 months after the purchase.
First they gave me a lot of non working phone numbers, then, when I finally reached someone, I
was told to wait as it could take several months.
Now I am told the rebate offer is closed.
If you want to pay the highest price for a Sony
product and don't expect any service, that's where
to go. I will never shop at sonystyle.com again.

This web site provides no tracking information for shipment. They have no telephone number posted on the web site. When I asked them where is my package via email, it takes them a week to get back to me.
As of now, it's been almost a month.
I received no merchandise from them.
They say they refunded me March 3rd.
I don't see any refund on my credit card.
So I asked them again, they say my credit card
expired, that is a lie, my credit card has not expired yet. They charge me the next day but
they don't refund me.
I think they are FRAUD.
Buyer beware.
