Having spent 27 years in electronics retail management, my expectations for quality service are perhaps somewhat high. Upon leaving the industry recently, I was of the opinion that knowledgeable, friendly service combined with genuine personality was rapidly becoming a thing of the past. The last place I expected to rediscover this elusive combination was at an online reseller, but MeanMachine Computers provided that very result. I found representative Chris Carlson to be thorough, fair-minded, and more than attentive to some unusual circumstances that arose as a result of my purchase. The experience was reminiscent of the way in which I won over my own customers, and succeeded in getting them to follow me from store to store during my long career. I can say with certainty that all future computer-related online purchases for me will be executed through MeanMachine. Quite honestly, I give them the highest rating possible.
