All my contact with etrailer has been superb. Brigette was excellent help and actually contacted the manufacturer to verify the hitch would fit my truck. Indeed it does and it took me only 30 minutes to put on my truck. It looks great and will be perfect for my application. I like the way it tucks up under the bumper and is barely visible when looking at the truck. I also like the fact that it does not stick out to bust my shins. The powder coating is excellent. I am very pleased with the fit, the alignment and the installation. I would recommend etrailer as well as the particular hitch I purchased. It is a great looking hitch with great load carrying capacity at an excellent price. Delivery was as promised and the service was excellent. Service today is typically dead but with etrailer you won't be disappointed. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and that you are satisfied. Their service is the best I have found. I highly recommend them.
