I went to purchase a hard drive and the sold me the wrong part. I did not realize it until I got home. I drive back to the store (20 mins jorney) and they would not return the product because it was opened. THEY sold me the INCORRECT part - not what I asked for. After a battle they exchanged the part and would not speak to me and then they threw away my receipt. They were very rude and unprofessional. This was at the Sandy, UT location.
