I tried to order 2 items from them. No updates on status, other than "in Process" for 2 weeks. After multiple calls and not getting much info, beyond they had one item in stock and the other was out, nothing was shipped(!), I cancelled.

The help desk was nice and cordial, overly apologetic and ineffectual.

I have ordered many times from this online store. Each time was an excellant experience. There were several times when my order was delivered within 2 days (ordered on a Tuesday delivered on a Thursday afternoon). I am about 90 miles away from them. They have excellant prices and fast shipping. What more could you ask for.

I purchased Solar pool panels from this internet store for my pool. All I can say is excellant businees to work with.

I live local so they delivered for $25, got everything hooked up, works flawlessly!

Took 2 weeks to get a tracking number for an item that was ordered from their website although they charged my credit card right away. Info is incorrect on website, can't order with an electronic check, need a credit card and can't order 2nd day air ($20 option), both of these options show up when ordering.

Thru numerous phone calls finally got the tracking number, it was always "wait till tomorrow we'll have it", but they didn't.

Terribly unprofessional - never put me on hold - always listened to what they were saying in the background - at one point "Darnell" was bad mouthing a customer to another worker while I waited.
