Let me start off by saying that if your PC is down and you have to order by phone, this is the place to go>>>My power supply went bad>>>I called Antec about it and they recommended PA if you have to order by phone! You sure don't realize how much you use your PC untill it quits!!! The PROS: Proadvantage took my order over the phone>>>All was very clear>>>They shipped it out very fast and I got it on 4/4/2007 in good shape! CONS: While ordering over the phone, I asked if it would be FedEx or UPS doing the shipping? (reason being that I've had trouble with FedEx in the past, plus the UPS driver knows that I'm disabled and makes doubly sure I got the package!) I was told by Proadvantage that they could not tell me that because of not knowing how the distributor would do it! This left a bad taste in my mouth! I found out after it shipped that it was FedEx by calling PA back and they gave me the tracking number>>>They listened to my concern and went to the trouble of notifying FedEx of my disability and stated that FedEx would be at my door waiting to make sure I got the package>>>Nice if it had turned out that way!!! I tracked the package by phone close to 3:00 PM on 4/4/2007>>>Good thing that I did because FedEx said it was delivered around 1:20 PM!>>>I live at 2880 South Lane>>>It was delivered to 2880 Gardens Drive (tenant there is my witness) The drivers make plenty of money, but they don't seem to be able to read street signs!!! I was lucky to get the much needed power supply!!! Extremely agitating and frustrating!!! MY THOUGHTS: I would not order from Proadvantage or anyone else that will not guarantee shipment thru UPS! It's too risky!>>>Only if forced to order by phone will I order from this company again. Thank God that I have a place to order from (On-line Only!), and I have a choice of FedEx or UPS with all there distributors included! I will recommend Proadvantage to those that must order by phone!!!
