We have a small professional business (husband owns and wife assists with business operations). I received placed an order with VistaPrint for an online search service. I accidentally placed it in my cart TWICE, so I called them to cancel the second, duplicate service. Even though I placed the order for our business and it was billed to MY credit card, they would not talk to me because I was not the business owner. So, I have to track down my husband (who travels a lot) and have him call them to "authorize" them to talk to me. RIDICULOUS. Do they really do this with EVERY business?? I said, "So the owner of Target is required to call you and tell you that you have the authority to discuss the account with the secretary??"
