good price great service extremly fast answers to my e-mails they are based in Quebec Canada the web site is well desing and you can see if the items are in stock or not what can I say TRY THEM OUT you wont be disapointed

I orderd two SATA data cables and ten feet of ClearFlex70 1/2in tubing from them on the 30/07/2003 I recived an e-mail from them the next day saying that the tubing was B/O asking me if I wanted to wait untill thursday 07/08/2003 I said I was willing to wait that long for a small rebate 2$ but now a week later 14/08/2003 the tubing is still B/O they gave me two deadline that they didint respect but still they have great service I just hope I'm not waisting my time with them for now it sure looks like it :(
UPDATE: vibe contacted me on 24/08/2003 they got my stock but it's ClearFlex60 PERFECT I recived my order 29/08/2003 packing was fine I'm satisfied even if they lied a bit great store anyway

Thank you FrozenCPU orderd may/31/03 order recieved June/05/03 with the less expensive shipping across the border. E-mail reply is fast
I placed the order the week end. Monday after noon I had the traking number with no BS

Danger Den offers very high Quality products and service shipping is fast (same day for me) and offers tracking number the packaging is very good I will do business with them again

I purchase an ATI Radeon 9700pro OEM from theme. The first card they gave me was used you heard right USED, there were dust in the heatsink and the card was defective. So I bring it back, guess what they said (it's normal). The person told me that they would not refund me even if I returned the same day, and he said that the dust was there because I tried the card. He said that he will have a technician check it out and if it was my fault I would have to pay 40$ for the service. They where very insulting, let me tell you that I was pissed off. So finally, two weeks later they had a new card for me this was my second bad experience whit theme.
My first was with one of they’re franchise in West island. I ordered almost all my parts at the same time they only had the hard drives and memory in stock. The owner said that the warehouse had everything in stock it’s not very far away 30min drive and that I would have the rest by the next day. All right, I said and I paid him every thing, big big mistake it took 6 weeks to get my order, between this time I called him almost every day and he always said that he would have my stuff the next day. When he finally got it the case he gave me was a demo and he treated me like an 4ss hole so DON’T BUY FROM THEM please. :(

I ordered a reservoir from Criti Cool and I managed to loose my receipt (HDD failuire) I e-mailed them 3 times so far and didn’t have an answer yet
I don’t even know if it was shipped or not and to top it off they don’t even take Credit Cards
only COD and money order
EDIT: 15/08/2003 I never recived anything from them so far

Ordered several items and they were shipped the same day. All where of the highest quality. Very impressive.D-Tek has an excelent customer support service and lots of patience to go with it I will recomend this store to everyone that want to watercool they're PC

This place has the worst customer service.They repeatedly ignore emails sent to them. My order hasent been shiped yet but my credit card was charged immediatly I will never order from them again,
is it better like that dude
